How PAS works.
PAS organizes the record through a structured 9-step process designed for chronology, continuity, and recurring export-ready delivery.
Intake
The job begins when you submit a request and provide the basic context: who the parties are, what the matter is about, what date range applies, and what records exist. PAS identifies the documentation objective, the time period, the output format, and the source channels involved.
Scope Lock
PAS defines the scope of the record. This establishes what PAS is organizing, what sources are included, what date range is covered, and what the final package is expected to contain. The file becomes a controlled documentation job. PAS does not decide what is legally or technically required — it only fixes the agreed documentation scope.
Record Collection
You upload, forward, or identify the source material. PAS gathers the submitted items and assigns them into a working file. Each item is preserved as part of the source set and prepared for sorting. The objective is to centralize the records so the matter is no longer spread across disconnected channels.
Sorting & Normalization
PAS organizes the materials into a consistent structure. Files are renamed or categorized where necessary, duplicates are identified, timestamps are aligned where possible, and records are grouped by source, date, and relevance to the scope. Raw disorder becomes a usable working archive.
Timeline Construction
Each documented event is placed in chronological sequence based on available timestamps or source references. The goal is to show what was documented, when it was documented, and how the sequence unfolded. This is the core transformation step where scattered information becomes one coherent record trail.
Indexing & Cross-Reference
PAS links the timeline entries to the underlying supporting material. Attachments, images, receipts, messages, and documents are indexed so the final package is a structured record with supporting references that can be followed and reviewed.
Packaging Check
PAS checks the file against the original intake scope. This is not a legal, technical, or compliance review. It is a packaging check to confirm that the agreed categories, date range, and source materials have been incorporated as intended, and that the outputs are organized, readable, and ready for export.
Package Assembly
PAS prepares the final deliverables: Timeline Report (PDF), Evidence Bundle (ZIP), Master Index, and Archive Snapshot where applicable. The finished package is assembled so that you receive one organized record instead of disconnected material.
Delivery
The completed documentation package is delivered in the agreed format. You receive a neutral, time-ordered, exportable record of documented activity and supporting files. On a subscription basis, this cycle repeats monthly — maintaining your active matter record over time.
